With what it seemed like flames in her eyes, the lioness crouched down as the cheetah leaped over her and the cub, but unfortunetly he had scrapped her back and made a bit of a scar. She winced at the burn it made, but pushed herself onto all four paws and flung out her acceptionetly sharp claws. She glared at the cheetah, for he was now trying to flee from the fight. This made Adara feel a bit more powerful and more confident. She leaped into a sprinting run towards the cheetah, leaping into the air when she got close enough with her eyes glaring at the cheetah burningly, roaring acceptionetly loudly, and her claws in front of her, ready to clamp onto the cheetah's back and dig right into his flesh.

The cheetah posed like he was going to attack. He walked backwards slowly like he was going to run and jump attack...it was all a trick. He had finnaly figured out that just because he is a large cheetah doesnt meen he can scare off any foe... He ran as fats as he could out of the land hissing at the loins...he would have to remember those two lions and get his pay back one day...

Adara's claws didn't get their wish, instead they dug right into the ground as the cheetah fleeed. She pulled her claws out of the ground and watched as the cheetah ran, still hissing at the them. She sat down as she licked the dirt off her claws, then looking up at the running cheetah she roared once more in victory. Looking back at the cub, she padded past her and into the elephant grass as she laid down. She laid on her side with her eyes closed as she rested, still totally intact with her ears, forgetting about the cub.
